Children and teenagers face real, significant mental health challenges — and they deserve real, professional support. At Bright and Associates, we understand that young people process the world differently than adults, and our child and adolescent therapists are specially trained to meet young clients where they are, using approaches that fit their developmental stage and communication style.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, social challenges, trauma, or the normal but difficult transitions of growing up, our team can help. We also work closely with parents and caregivers, because family involvement is often one of the most important ingredients in a young person’s healing.

We serve children and families from Brooklyn Center, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Fridley, Columbia Heights, Robbinsdale, New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Golden Valley, and surrounding Twin Cities communities.
