There is something uniquely powerful about healing in community. Group therapy offers the evidence-based benefits of professional clinical guidance alongside the irreplaceable experience of being seen and understood by people who truly know what you are going through.

At Bright and Associates, we offer structured, therapist-led group therapy sessions on a range of topics. Groups are kept small to ensure that every participant receives meaningful attention and connection. All groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals and follow a structured, evidence-based format.

How Group Therapy Works

Groups typically meet weekly for 60–90 minutes. Some groups are time-limited (8–12 sessions), while others are ongoing. Participants are prescreened to ensure group fit, and all members agree to a confidentiality agreement. Group therapy can be used as a standalone service or in conjunction with individual therapy.
