Anger is a normal, healthy human emotion — but when it becomes uncontrollable, explosive, or damaging to relationships and opportunities, it is time to get support. Anger management therapy at Bright and Associates is not about suppressing your feelings. It is about understanding them, gaining insight into what triggers your anger, and developing skills to respond rather than react.

We offer both individual anger management therapy and group-based anger management programs. Our services are appropriate for individuals seeking support voluntarily, as well as those referred by courts, employers, or other agencies.
