Insurance Plans We Accept

We work with most major commercial insurance carriers and government programs. While our accepted plans may vary and are subject to change, we generally accept:

  • First Health
  • Hennepin Health

We recommend calling our intake team to verify that your specific plan is accepted before scheduling your first appointment. Insurance coverage can vary significantly even within the same carrier, and we want to ensure you have accurate information before your first visit.

Self-Pay Options

If you do not have insurance or your plan does not cover mental health services, we offer self-pay rates. We are committed to working with clients to find a fee structure that allows them to access care. Please ask our intake team about current self-pay rates and any available sliding-scale options.

Navigating insurance coverage for mental health can be confusing. Our intake and billing team can help you understand your benefits, including your deductible, copays or co-insurance, session limits, and what a typical mental health appointment will cost you out of pocket. We encourage you to ask questions — we would rather answer them before your first appointment than have any surprises afterward.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, health savings account (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA). Payment is typically collected at the time of service.
